Though, we met one or two staff members who seemed as if they were actually qualified and cared for the patients, majority of them wore their misery & lack of skills quite well. Might as well put a postage stamp on an envelope and mail it to the nurses station because they DON’T respond to the call button. A light goes on above your door and you hope they happen to see it. A major emergency could be happening in one of the rooms and it would go ignored and unrecognized for hours.
